b) Customer
care: customer can go to Customer care center and request for churn
reactivation campaign offer.
c) Call

request for reactivation.

This is a limited time offer. The offer will end on January 24, 2014.

How long will it take to clear the past dues from the customer account?
A.
it will take at least 24 working hours to waive past dues (if any) from
customers’ account. Any request during holidays or weekends will be updated on
next available working day.

What are the packages/plan a customer can choose when reactive his 90 days old
postpaid connection?
A.
This is a special offer for 90 days inactive customer. Customer can take these
special packages if he wants. However, he is also eligible to take any other
existing packages if he likes.
Q.
If a customer is inactive for less than 90 days, can he avail this offer?
A.
No, if the customer is inactive for less than 90 days then he will not be
entitled for this offer. However, he can choose any other existing plans from
our product bucket.

What if my device is broken or lost?
A.
Customer has to buy a new device at market price.

What about prepaid customer, can he avail this offer?
A.
Yes, any 90 days or more inactive prepaid customer can avail this offer through
proper migration.
