Offer Details:

 

      1. Start-up customers would not be charged for browsing 0.facebook.com till further notice with following modality:

 

          a. To obtain the offer subscribers don’t need to do any activity; simply if they visit 0.facebook.com no charge
               willbe applied.

 

           b. If the subscriber is already a data pack user, no data consumption will happen from the data pack on browsin
                the 0.facebook.com

 

            c. If the subscriber is a “pay as you go” user and if he/she usages 0.facebook.com will not be charged

 

            d. If subscriber tries to connect any other link/site other than Facebook even if it is through 0.facebook.com the
                 charge free offer will not be applicable

 

            e. If subscribers tries to move or visit any other site linked with/her 0.facebook.com the subscribers will be charge
                 from his other volume based pack if available

 

             f. If subscribers don’t have any other volume based pack then for such sites other than 0.facebook.com he/she will
                 be charged as pay as you go from main account

 

             g. Free browsing of “0.facebook.com” will work in all handsets’ default browser except    blackberry and proxy
                  browsers like opera mini, UC etc.

 

      2. Start-up customers would be able to enjoy free caller tunes subscriptions for 30days with following modality:

 

              a. Free caller tunes subscription would be activated for the start-up customers within 72 hours of activation and
                  subscribers will be confirmed via SMS.

 

              b. After 30 days subscriber will be notified regarding chargeable renewal via SMS & OBD and based on their
                  confirmation (opt-in) their caller tunes will be renewed at daily pack (daily TK 1 +VAT/day).

 

              c. Only the opt-in free users will be renewed after 30 days free trail.

 

              d. During this free period all sorts of content promotion like free, discount will not be applicable. And subscriber can
                  download content with regular price TK 10+VAT/content.

 

     3. Start-up customers would be enjoying following tariff under this offer:

a. Validity of this special tariff would be 10 days (Recharge day + 9 days).

b. After the above validity, the customers would be back to their default price plan.

c. VAT is applicable on the above mentioned tariff.

 

    4. Start-up customers would also receive the following bonus in addition to the above tariff against recharge of BDT 22 or
         more with 3 days validity (Recharge day + 2 days) within 90 days of activations:

                 a. 22 on-net minutes talk-time,

                 b. 22 on-net SMS,

                 c. 22 MB data.

 

    5. Customers would be able to avail start-up bonus even when enjoying the special tariff except FnF numbers.

 

    6. Cashback bonus will not be available to the New Customers. New Customers would start getting Cashback

         bonus from 1st recharge after 90 days of activation.

 

     7. Preloaded amount BDT 20 with 60 days validity from the day of activation will be placed in main account and

          can be used for any purpose.
